I appreciate how easy it is to reach the owner. Heather is incredibly responsive and must take incredible notes — she remembers all the details (even those from years ago when I was a customer the first time)! I appreciate that I’ve got the same person coming to clean the house every time. They are very meticulous and methodical, yet very personable. And I don’t feel like she’s rushing to get in and out. She gets the job done and my house sparkles when she leaves.

Heather was able to get 2 people to clean our house within 24 hours. They were on time, cleaned everything and were even required to be there longer than quoted on a Saturday. They just stayed til it was done. I would absolutely use Premium Cleaning Services again and recommend them 100%!
